Do I need to have a venue selected before I book your decor services?

Yes, we highly recommend that you have a venue selected and secured prior to booking event styling and decor services. Some venues may have decor restrictions and the aesthetics of the space can influence the look and feel of your event. If you’re looking for a unique indoor/outdoor poolside venue, we highly recommend L’Eau Hill House.

Do you style events at other venues outside of L’Eau Hill House?

Absolutely! While we are the lead in-house event stylist at L’Eau Hill House, as our schedule permits, we often travel to style client events at other venues across Georgia.

How far in advance should I book event styling services?

We recommend booking our services at least 4-6 weeks in advance for non-wedding events. More elaborate events may require 2-3 months of style preparation. We can accept bookings up to one year in advance.

Do you offer decor packages? What should I expect my budget to be for event styling?

We offer a range of custom event packages for those clients who book their event at L’Eau Hill: base packages start at $900 for table styling only, packages average $1,800 for main focal point styling, and $2,200 for full event styling. While every client has a different vision, our typical event bookings for non-L’Eau Hill venue events average in the range of $2,200 to $3,000 (please note this range does not include custom event rental items such as tables, chairs, linen, etc.). Do your services include the set-up and take-down of rentals items and decor?

Absolutely! Each proposal includes set-up and breakdown of your decor and any rental items that we secure for you. Our goal is to make your day as easy and stress-free as possible so you can enjoy your event. We will inform you during the proposal phase of how long our set-up/breakdown is estimated to take so that you can book ample time with your venue before and after your event for our crew.

How do I secure my date?

Once we share a custom event proposal for your event, to officially get your date on our calendar you must pay a 50% non-refundable retainer + sign our contract. This will hold your date so that you're officially booked with us.
